"I started racing at the age of 8 and now I am 35. I have run quarter midgets, go karts, Legend cars, Micro sprints, Limited sprint cars, full sprint cars both dirt and pavement wing and non wing. I have been to a few indoor karting places in the past and I will have to tell you that I was pretty excited when I heard that there was one here in Livermore. I came in after work last week and tried out a hot lap session. Wow! I have never experienced anything like this before. This was the coolest thing I have done in a long time. I can't wait to get more time to get more familiar with the karts and track. The karts that you have are fantastic. The balance of the brakes with the power that is available is the best that I have ever experienced. Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our first visit to Umigo. We stopped by to check it out on Thursday evening and the two gals behind the front counter were so friendly and one of the main reasons we signed up so quickly. My husband is a long time cart racer, and this was my first time. The guys in the track area were really helpful and made me feel comfortable considering I had no idea what I was doing. We signed up and raced together - it was a blast! My husband and son are headed back there tonight. You have great prices, clean and comfortable facilities, and a friendly staff. I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of you this year.

Checkout some video created, directed, filmed and edited by our staff! Yes it looks like slick city, but these guys shot this over two months ago when our track was covered with construction dust and not etched. Also, this video emphasizes drift on purpose! Our track is rocking right now, with predictable drift and control baked right in! Lap record is 39.6 right now...during this taping it was about a minute. You get the idea, right? Either way, our track offers you a mix of grip and drift to challenge your driving skills.
Come by and you'll see for yourself. Yes the track is big, 12 turns and over a 1/4 mile of roomy layout to spool the karts to their redline and test your skills in the technical areas.
